• Students attend college for half days for one semester.

• Students are divided into small groups which rotate every 2-3 weeks so that by the end of the semester every student has experienced every rotation. All Transitions exposures happen through a combination of college and community experiential learning, followed by program and job market research. Throughout the semester, students have the opportunity to build relationships with individuals in their field of interest, connect to their community, gain presentation skills, build their résumé, and learn more about themselves. 

• Rotations are complemented by tours, guest speakers, volunteering, fundraising, presenting, and portfolio development.

• Every day is different: different instructors and different activities.

• Students receive two high school credits and preferred status when applying to any Holland 虎穴视频program upon completion.
  
  
• Students are better prepared for post-secondary education, as they are familiar with the post-secondary environment and expectations.
