What You Need to Be Successful: • Professional-level fluency in English required. • Professional-level fluency in French is an asset. • Excellent communication skills to talk with guests using professional luxury language. • Decision-making skills and proactivity to be a strong, contributing team player. • Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre, combined with a passion for helping others. • Ability to seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while communicating with guests to offer personalized, efficient service. |
