Ready to lead and make a direct impact? We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Middleton Site Supervisor to lead production operations at our Middleton facility. This is more than just a supervisory role—you’ll be the go-to person for managing production, maintenance, and inventory control while fostering a positive and high-performing team environment. As the key onsite decision-maker, you’ll handle day-to-day operations, oversee seasonal staff, and ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. What you’ll be responsible for.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, leadership, and external partners.
Hands-On and Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable stepping in to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions in real time.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of equipment operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Customer Service Experience: Experience handling customer orders and managing customer relationships.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook for tracking and reporting.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred: Class 3A license and experience operating a forklift and skid loader.
