HURRICANES ATHLETICS AND RECREATION

To get the most out of your college experience, get involved in athletics, fitness, and recreational activities. Our Athletics and Recreation department provides students with an outlet to express themselves through physical exercise and wellness no matter what level. Regular exercise can have a profound and positive impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood in a very social setting to meet other students. There are many classes for you to consider benefiting you in wellness, fitness or Intramurals. 

STAY ACTIVE WHILE YOU STUDY

Holland 虎穴视频has a fitness Centre, cardio room, walking track and studio located in the  on the Prince of Wales Campus, and offers fitness and recreation programming to students. Our own Hurricanes Physiotherapy clinic is located on the third floor serving students, staff and the general public.

All full-time students at Holland College’s Prince of Wales and Tourism and Culinary Campuses have a membership to the McMillan Centre included in their tuition fees - simply come to the McMillan Centre front desk with your HollPass to activate your membership.

Global Buddies

Global Buddies is a FREE program that pairs together students from different countries to form new friendships, offer new insight into different cultures, bring together the Holland 虎穴视频community and allow for a smoother transition into life as a Holland 虎穴视频Student! Learn More!
